This is our little place on the net for gathering all the resources we can find about self-awareness and personal growth. :) You can think of it as a place where you can get fun self-help stuff. We’ve always been interested in improving ourselves and finding our true purpose in life, so we’ve trod the long, lonely, and arduous path of self-help… and while we did eventually find what we were looking for, we realized that the whole process really didn’t need to be difficult or full of self-persecution (or maybe it was because we had that realization that we found the answers)! So we chucked our self-pity and decided to try a more lighthearted approach to life. And guess what? It worked!

Of course, life is an ongoing process, and our personal selves are always works-in-progress. Each day brings new ideas, surprising discoveries, and enlightening epiphanies. That’s why we’ve set up a blog to keep track of all these fun aids to awareness: to chart our own progress and to share the knowledge we’ve gathered from different sources. Hence the idea of a sage—a mentor, a wise man, a guide to life—and a happy one, at that… because self-improvement doesn’t have to be a drag. :)

Come share our journey, and be prepared to stop and sniff lots of flowers along the way. :)

Hi Betty. My name is Lloyd Baltazar and I came across your newly launched website, TheHappySage.com. First of all, I’m really glad that many Filipinos are attuned with the Feng Shui and gemstone crystal craze in the Philippines. I am half Hokkien Chinese myself and have been a student of Chinese Feng Shui for the longest time. I took courses with Feng Shui Master and Architect Mr. Joey Yap in Singapore, and I would like to share my knowledge with our Filipino Kababayans.

I’m actually so fascinated by your website TheHappySage.com. The idea itself is brilliant! What better way to share with our Filipino friends and families the beauty of Chinese Feng Shui to improve and enhance our daily lives!

So I would like to ask if you can consider me as a contributor to your website. I’m proficient with my English and can also write topics in Tagalog. Sanay din ako magtagalog at puedeng puede ako magsulat ng mga topics and articles na may kinalaman sa Feng Shui para sa maraming nating kababayang Pilipino. In fact, I am familiar with the distinction between “Fast-Food Feng Shui” and “Traditional, Authentic Feng Shui”. I can read a Feng Shui compass and apply it to give advices and reactions to your kababayan readers.

My main objective would be to share to all our Kapamilyas and Kababayans around the world the beauty of Feng Shui in everyday living, and how charms and crystals in general can enhance and improve our daily lives. I hope you can consider me one day to access your website and post blogs and topics for people to comment. In addition to this, I also have experience doing graphic design and am familiar with HTML formatting in case you need any redesign for your website. I would gladly like to contribute all these talents for free at no charge. Anyway, I’m currently based in Los Angeles and am working to getting my nursing licensure in the California state.

Hopefully you will someday let me be a contributor to your website so I can write articles and topics for all our Kababayan readers who are interested in Charms, Crystals and the fascinating science of Chinese Feng Shui.

    Thanks and God Bless!
