Hello Meg,

I have a friend who is into cleansing, transcendental beings, elementals, and what have you. Every time we see each other, he never fails to mention these beings that he sees around me. I feel them too but I can’t see them. There was a time when I would always have terrible headaches and he would tell me to rinse with water with salt after I bathe. At first I was skeptical but when the headaches still wouldn’t budge even with the strongest paracetamol, I eventually did what I was told and for some reason, it worked!

Another friend recommended that I wear onyx all the time since I am prone to these kinds of visitors. One good friend who studied languages and eventually became a priest taught me this prayer “Hambre da Kristo Salve Mi” (My God Save Me) and told me to recite it whenever I feel danger or at any time of the day. My longtime mentor suggested that I invoke the Holy Angels and tell them to do exactly what I need them to do. She says that angels are by nature playful so unless you call for them and specifically tell them that you need them to do something for you, they will always be playing.

These are some of the immediate actions or reactions that you can consider doing though I strongly believe that it is your faith that is your most powerful ally against any being, physical or metaphysical, that abound in our living quarters and around us.

PS. Do they bother you Meg? If not, then I also believe in co-existence. Live and let live! After all they deserve their place in the sun as much as you do… baka naman nakikisabay lang sila sa paglakad mo. ‘Yaan mo na (…they might just be along for the ride… let them be). :)
